Ingredients Serves 1
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 whole-wheat flour tortilla
2 tablespoons granola(or any vegan breakfast cereal)
½ banana, sliced thin
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon raisins
1 teaspoon agave nectar(optional)
- Spread peanut butter down the center of the tortilla and later granola and banana on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and raisins and drizzle with agave nectar if desired.
- Warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to slightly melt peanut butter.
