Vanilla-Date Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients Serves 1
4 dates
Water, to cover dates
¾ cup soymilk
2 bananas
6-7 ice cubes
¼ teaspoon vanilla
- Cover the dates with water and allow to soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Discard the soaking water and add the dates and all other ingredients to the blender.
- Process on medium until smooth, about 1 minute.
