Vegeterian Meatloaf Recipe

Today's post is really simple and I hope you enjoy this simple vegetarian meatloaf recipe.

I'm not real big on meatloaf but this looks and sounds good enough to try.


Ingredients/ Serves 4
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 pound portabella mushrooms, minced and sauteed
1 small yellow onion, minced
1 red pepper, minced
1 cup spinach , chopped
1 cup wheat germ, plain
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vegeterian Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons all-natural sea salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x9 baking dish with olive oil spray.
2  Combine all ingredients in a mixing dish, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Pour mix into the center of the baking dish and form into a loaf.
4.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until cooked through.
