Super Easy Oyster Cracker Recipe for the win!

Super easy oyster cracker recipe for the win!

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by my site. I'm Kenia a wife of 18 years to the same loving guy, a mother of 6 kids. 15, 13,12,9,5,3. My goal is to honor and glorify God in every area of my life!

I love blogs,I love writing, but I also love to get to the point!

Oyster crackers are addicting, but I'm not sure they are as addicting as the ones I made.. I only made a single batch( makes about 2 cups) to try it out on the kids...

Put it in a little snack bag and away they goπŸ˜‚

I'll be making more... They are so good warm too :)

If you have flour salt baking powder and a little elbow grease, this will be a cinch to make!

Here is the link to the recipe that I got it from.

TIme saving tips when folding clothes!

Till next time.

Time saving steps for making laundry folding time quick and maybe even fun

Time saving steps for making laundry folding time quick and maybe even fun.

To make things even more streamlined and neater, use baskets for each category and or people.
If for some reason, something unexpected happens, your bed can stay nice and neat and you can put your baskets in a safe place and get to it when time permits.

  • Separate clothes by category( not people) ex. Shirts, pants, underwear, towels, sheets.Set a 5 minute timer.Your goal is to beat it.
  • Fold each category in 5 minute increments.
  • As you're folding each category ( and you have multiple children)you can put in a basket and or put it away. Set a 5 minute timer, then move on to the next category
  • For hang up clothes, seperate those first when you get to that category. Make your goal to finish that in 1 minute.( shouldn't take that long)
  • Proceed to fold other items. Once you're done with the non-hang up clothes 😜, count the items and grab that many hangers right away.
  • Set your timer for 5 minutes, hang it, lay it down on the bed if you don't have a laundry room, then hang it in the appropriate places at once.
  • For socks( if you have multiple sizes) separate by colors first( if you have two colors) then find the matches and put away. This can be done in 5 minutes or less.( this can be a fun game for littles).

Side notes and tips.
*** Your goal is to get every step done in 5 minutes or less. You can easily get a small load of laundry done in 30 minutes or less.
If you have older children work with you it can take 10 minutes.I've done large loads in 5-7 minutes before with the help of everyone. If you have time left over on your timer,go to the next category or take a breather.

** If you are behind on laundry and you know its a busy day, but you still want to do something, do a small load of laundry or only do a category that you're short on.

***To make more room in your drawer, and to be able to see everything that you have, stack your clothes vertically instead of laying them down..
